Ingredients
- 2¼ cups rolled oats
- ¾ cup shelled pistachios, roughly chopped
- ½ cup unsweetened shredded coconut
- ¼ cup sesame seeds
- 1 cup dried unsweetened cranberries
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 5 tablespoons coconut oil, melted
- ¼ cup honey or agave syrup
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C). Line a baking tray with parchment paper.

- In a large bowl, combine oats, pistachios, coconut, sesame seeds, cranberries, and salt.

- Pour in the melted coconut oil, honey, and vanilla. Mix until fully combined.
