I’ve recently restocked my shower with some brand new LUSH products that I’ve never tried before. This time I went all in on gourmand scents. Every product in this routine is sweet, cozy, and comforting. Think vanilla, caramel, citrus, and dessert-style fragrances.

LUSH Orange Body Scrub Review
The first product I tried was the LUSH Orange Body Scrub. This is a salt scrub rather than a sugar scrub, which makes it more exfoliating than options like Sticky Dates or Snow Fairy. It contains orange juice, red mandarin oil, and tangerine oil, and the scent is fresh, juicy, and delicious.
When you massage it onto the skin, it turns into a gel-like texture that exfoliates and cleans very well. It leaves a light orange scent behind and makes the skin feel smooth. While it is more abrasive than LUSH sugar scrubs, it isn’t harsh compared to some other brands.
My only real complaint is that it’s messy. The salt tends to crystallise around the lid, which doesn’t happen with sugar scrubs. Despite that, it’s still one of my favourite scrubs.
Rating: 8/10
I slightly prefer the Sticky Dates scrub, but I would definitely repurchase this one.

LUSH Yog Nog Shower Gel Review
The shower gel I tested this month was LUSH Yog Nog. This is a sweet, glittery shower gel with a caramel-spiced scent. Before buying it, I saw some reviews saying the glitter could feel scratchy, which worried me. I had a bad experience with the Pumpkin Spice Latte shower gel, which irritated my skin.
Thankfully, Yog Nog was completely fine for me. It lathers well, feels hydrating, and the glitter didn’t cause any irritation. The scent includes clove bud oil, ylang ylang, and maple syrup, giving it a warm, dessert-like feel.
That said, I still prefer Sticky Dates. It feels more moisturising and I like the scent better.
Rating: 5/10
I’m glad I tried it, but I wouldn’t repurchase it. If Sticky Dates feels too sweet for you, Yog Nog could be a good alternative.

LUSH Lime Bounty Body Butter Review
Lime Bounty was easily my favourite product in this routine. It’s a coconut and lime scented body butter that smells like a citrus dessert, similar to key lime pie. It contains coconut oil and lime juice and has a thick, rich texture.
What I love most about this body butter is that it’s far less sticky than other LUSH moisturisers. Sticky Dates and Snow Fairy both smell amazing, but they can leave the skin feeling tacky. Lime Bounty absorbs better while still being deeply moisturising.
Rating: 10/10
I would absolutely buy this again and highly recommend it if you love gourmand citrus scents.

Sticky Dates Dusting Powder Review
Because LUSH body butters can feel sticky, I also use a dusting powder on top. This time, I used the Sticky Dates dusting powder. It smells exactly like the Sticky Dates range, with strong notes of caramel, vanilla, and date syrup.
At first, I found the scent a bit too sweet, but it really grows on you. It does an excellent job of removing stickiness, especially if you apply body butter before bed. Nothing sticks to clothes or bedsheets.
The scent doesn’t last on the skin, but it’s great for comfort and texture.
Would I repurchase? Yes.

LUSH Body Spray Reviews
We Believe in Glinda Body Spray
This body spray is part of the LUSH Wicked collection. It smells like violet sherbet sweets and has a sugary, powdery feel rather than a chocolatey one. It’s fun and nostalgic, but I’m not completely sure I would buy it again.
If you enjoy Snow Fairy-type scents, you’ll probably like this one.

LUSH Super Milk Body Spray
I don’t get on with the Super Milk hair primer because it weighs down my fine hair, but I love the scent. The body spray smells like lemon meringue pie, with creamy vanilla and bright lemon notes.
It layers beautifully with the rest of this routine, especially alongside citrus and caramel scents.
Would I repurchase? Yes.

How I Layer This Gourmand Shower Routine
This routine combines spicy vanilla, citrus notes, caramel sweetness, and creamy lemon. Together, it feels warm, comforting, and indulgent. It’s especially perfect for colder months when I want my shower to feel cozy and uplifting.
Free Gifts from LUSH
With this order, I received a Snow Fairy candle and a Snow Fairy shower gel. The candle smelled nice when I opened the box, but I couldn’t really smell it once it was lit. I’m not sure if that’s just this scent or LUSH candles in general.

The Snow Fairy shower gel is a classic. It’s very sweet, bubblegum-like, and smells similar to strawberry jelly. I already have a few of these, so I’ll save them or use them as small gifts.
