You’re Looking Well is a skincare system that includes a day cream, a night cream, a day pill, and a night pill. The idea is to support the skin from both the outside and the inside. I used the full system for 28 days to see how it worked for me. In this review, I cover how each product felt, what it did, and what you can expect from this routine.

You’re Looking Well Review
Just so you know, You’re Looking Well have a Discovery Kit which contains all four products. This allows you to test the products for 7 days before deciding if they work for you. Below is a photograph of what comes in the Discovery Kit. I tried the Discovery Kit first before buying the full sized products.

The four products include two You’re Looking Well Pills (a day and a night pill) and two You’re Looking Well creams (a day and a night cream). Before I tell you about my experience with the products I’ve included some information below about the pills and creams including their ingredients.
You’re Looking Well Pills
The pills are designed to support your skin in two ways. The day pill focuses on energy, gut balance, and general skin wellness. The night pill focuses on sleep, repair, and overnight recovery. Both pills work alongside the creams to support smoother, brighter, and more hydrated skin.
You’re Looking Well Day Pill Ingredients
Below is a more detailed break down of the ingredients in the Day Pill.
The day pill is designed to support gut health, immunity, steady energy, and skin clarity. It uses a mix of researched probiotics, vitamins, and minerals that work together through the gut–skin–brain axis. The full ingredients in this pill are listed below.

- Lactobacillus paracasei Lpc-37 – This is a well-studied probiotic strain linked to calmer skin, balanced mood, and immune support. It works through the gut–skin–brain axis, which connects digestion, stress, and the skin’s appearance.
- Bifidobacterium lactis BI-04 – This probiotic supports the immune system and helps maintain a strong gut barrier. A healthy gut barrier helps the body handle daily stress and may reduce skin irritation.
- Bifidobacterium lactis HN019 – HN019 is known for its benefits on digestion, gut motility, and overall gastrointestinal comfort. Good digestion often shows on the skin.
- B Vitamin Complex (B2, B3, B5, B6, B12) – These bioavailable B vitamins support steady energy, clear thinking, and reduced fatigue. They help the body convert food into energy and support healthy nerves and cells.
- Vitamin D3 (Cholecalciferol) – Vitamin D3 supports immunity, bone strength, and overall wellbeing. Low levels are common, especially during winter.
- Vitamin K2 (MK-7) – Vitamin K2 works with Vitamin D3 to direct calcium into the bones instead of soft tissues. This supports both cardiovascular and bone health.
- Zinc (as Zinc Bisglycinate) – This is a gentle, easy-to-absorb form of zinc. It supports immunity, reduces inflammation, and promotes clearer skin. Zinc is often used in skin and acne-support formulas.
- Delayed-Release Capsule – The capsule protects the probiotics from stomach acid. This helps them reach the colon alive, which is where they are most effective.

My You’re Looking Well Review
My Review of the Day and Night Creams
I used the Yukka app to check both the creams for any alarming ingredients and both scored 100/100 which is excellent (see below). Both products are gentle, hydrating, and barrier-supportive. They contain barrier-repair oils and soothing actives, and would work well for dry, sensitive or irritated skin. There were no obvious red flags.

Both these formulas are gentle, hydrating, and focused on barrier repair.
The day cream includes niacinamide, a probiotic ferment, inulin, and an oil-soluble vitamin C, so it supports brightness, calmness, and barrier balance while staying lightweight.
The night cream is richer, with oat oil, chia seed oil, sunflower oil, beta-glucan, and more emollients, so it feels more nourishing and soothing.
Both creams use amino acids, PCA, and hyaluronic acid for strong hydration.
Neither formula has advanced anti-aging actives like peptides or growth factors, but they are excellent for moisture, comfort, and keeping the skin barrier healthy.
My own skin is very dry and I found that both the Day and Night creams kept my skin moisturised for long periods of time, and the Day Cream works very well under makeup.
Who These Creams Are For
What they include: These creams focus on hydration, soothing oils, amino acids, hyaluronic acid, and barrier-supporting ingredients. They calm the skin, add moisture, and help keep the barrier strong.
What they do not include: They do not contain peptides, growth factors, or advanced anti-aging actives. This makes them different from products like OneSkin or Calecim, which target deeper ageing concerns.
Who benefits most: Normal, dry, sensitive, or reactive skin. Anyone who wants steady moisture, smoother texture, and a gentler routine. They are ideal for younger skin or skin that only needs hydration and comfort.
Who may not benefit as much: Mature skin with firmness loss, deep lines, or slow cell turnover. People who use stronger products like OneSkin or Calecim may find these creams too simple if they want visible anti-aging results.
Who might avoid them: Very oily or acne-prone skin that dislikes richer textures, or anyone sensitive to plant oils.
My Review of the Day and Night Pills
I found that the Night Pill helped me to sleep very well, and I noticed it also gave me vivid dreams! When I woke up I felt very well rested. I haven’t noticed any difference yet with the Day Pill however there was a leaflet that came with the products that said to see the full benefits you need to use the Day Pill for up to 12 weeks and the Night Pill for up to 6 weeks. So far I’ve only tested the products for 30 days so I think I need to leave it longer before I see results.
