What Is Perelel?

The brand was founded by two Los Angeles-based women, Alex Taylor and Victoria Thain Gioia, after both experienced frustration with standard prenatal vitamins.

Victoria’s story is a big part of why Perelel exists.
Despite doing “everything right” during pregnancy, her daughter was born with a cleft lip. She later learned this type of cleft can be linked to folate deficiency, especially in women with the MTHFR gene variant.
