I’ve been reading a lot about grey hair recently and that’s how I came across Arey.

What Arey Is Actually Trying to Do

Arey isn’t about dyeing hair or pretending grey doesn’t exist. It’s a proactive approach to ageing hair — aimed at slowing greying and improving the quality of the hair you already have.

The focus is on:

  • Preserving pigment for as long as possible
  • Supporting healthier, thicker, fuller-looking hair

Grey vs White Hair — Timing Matters

One thing I learned (and didn’t know before) is that grey and white hair aren’t the same.
