Aurate is a New York based fine jewelry brand. They sell beautiful modern pieces that are more affordable than traditional fine jewelry shops.
From my own experience, the jewelry feels well made and wearable. I bought one of their diamond necklaces and wear it daily. It’s comfortable, and holds up well with regular wear. I also think it looks more expensive than what I actually paid for it
Looking at customer reviews, one of Aurate’s strongest points is customer service, and I would agree with this. I found that my emails were responded to very quickly and the staff were very friendly. Many other said the same thing – that they got fast, helpful responses, and felt genuinely looked after when they reached out. I also noticed that brand is very active in replying to reviews and addressing any issues directly.
I never had any problems with the brand, but I thought I should mention that I did see several people online saying that they were disappointed in the amount of time it took for receive made-to-order pieces.
