DoNotAge Review: The Good, the Bad, and What I Stopped Taking
Overall Rating
★★★★★
4 out of 5
If you've found this DoNotAge review, you're probably already familiar with the longevity supplement space: NMN, NAD+ boosters, senolytics, and all the rest. DoNotAge is one of the brands that keeps coming up in those conversations, and for good reason. They've built a reputation for high-purity, third-party-tested supplements at prices that undercut many competitors.
I've been an official DoNotAge partner since February 2025, and since that time I've worked my way through almost every supplement they make. Some have become daily staples. Others I stopped after a few weeks (and I'm going to tell you exactly why). This is not a sponsored review, it's a product-by-product account of what actually happened when I took these supplements.

Disclosure: I am an official DoNotAge partner and earn a commission on purchases made through my link. This does not influence my reviews.

What Is DoNotAge?
DoNotAge is a UK-based longevity supplement company founded on a simple premise: to make the compounds being studied in longevity research available to the public at the highest possible purity, without the markups that most supplement brands charge.
They focus heavily on third-party testing. Every product comes with a Certificate of Analysis showing purity levels, and their standard is that no supplement should contain less than 98% of the active ingredient. For a space riddled with underdosed, contaminated, or mislabeled products, that commitment matters.
They ship internationally, including to the US.

How I Found DoNotAge
I want to be transparent about how I came to NAD+ precursors (NMN and NR), and how I eventually found DoNotAge, because it didn't start with anti-aging research. It started with IVF.
My IVF Journey
When I went through fertility treatment, my first IVF doctor gave me a list of supplements he wanted me to take in the months leading up to my cycle. One of them was Thorne Resveracel which contains NR (a NAD+ precursor) along with quercetin and resveratrol. That recommendation sent me down a rabbit hole, and I discovered that many women going through IVF over a certain age were taking NAD+ precursors to try to improve egg quality and IVF outcomes.
I want to be honest about what happened: my IVF cycles were not successful. I moved from Thorne Resveracel to Tru Niagen (which also contains NR), and eventually settled on DoNotAge NMN. I can't say with certainty that the supplements made a difference to my IVF outcomes. What I can say is that I noticed I recovered much more quickly from my first cycle (when I was taking supplements) than from my second, when I had stopped them. Whether that was the NAD+ precursors or other variables, I genuinely don't know.
I'm raising the IVF angle because I think it's important context. I'm also acutely aware that the supplement industry preys on vulnerable women who are spending tens of thousands on fertility treatment. I would never promise that any supplement will improve IVF outcomes. What I will say is that I came to NAD+ precursors through a doctor's recommendation, I've taken them for several years across multiple brands, and I continue to take them because of the anti-aging and energy benefits I experience.
How I found the Brand
How I came to DoNotAge specifically is a different story. After my brother died, it was some of his friends who encouraged me to try the brand. We were all in a difficult place trying to navigate grief. They had started taking supplements and going to the gym together to try and improve their health. They introduced me to DoNotAge. I already knew about NAD+ precursors from my IVF journey, but it was their encouragement that brought me to this particular brand. I then became an official DoNotAge partner in February 2025.
Since then I've tested: Pure NMN, TMG, SIRT6 Activator, SulforaBoost, Pure Hyaluronic Acid, Creatine Monohydrate, Pure Berberine, Pure NR, Nitralis, Ca-AKG, SureSleep, Vitamin D3, K2 & Magnesium, Pure Fisetin, Collagen Peptides, Pure Spermidine, Pure Quercetin, Pure Resveratrol, Pure Apigenin, Probiotic, and Pure Omega 3. I'm currently trialling the DoNotAge daily sachets.
I also want to mention that I have hypothyroidism, which ruled out several products in the range for me. I'll flag those clearly later as I'm aware hypothyroidism is a common condition and lots of people who have it don't realise there are specific supplements they should avoid.
The Supplements I Currently Take
DoNotAge Daily Sachets
15 longevity ingredients in one daily drink
I am currently trialing these sachets and will post a full review on YouTube in a couple of months

DoNotAge's daily sachet contains 1g NMN, 1g TMG, and 13 other longevity compounds in a single daily drink. On paper it's a compelling all-in-one stack.
In practice, I have to be honest: it's currently disrupting my sleep quite severely. This is a known issue with NMN at higher doses — it can interfere with sleep, particularly when you first start taking it. I experienced the same thing when I took NMN capsules last summer, but my body adapted over a few weeks. The difference is that with capsules I could simply cut the dose in half if needed. With a sachet that's more difficult. I'm currently considering taking half a sachet per day to see whether a lower dose resolves the sleep issue.
I haven't been taking it long enough to give a full verdict — I took a week off while travelling, so I've had less than a month of consistent use. I'll update this section properly once I've tested it for several months. For now: promising concept, but the sleep disruption is real and worth knowing about before you start.
Pure Hyaluronic Acid
My most-recommended supplement
Of everything in their range, this is the one I recommend most enthusiastically. I've been taking it continuously and the benefits were both quicker and more wide-ranging than I expected.

A quick note on why molecular weight matters here, because it's something most hyaluronic acid supplement brands don't explain clearly. Hyaluronic acid exists in multiple molecular weights:
- Low molecular weight (under 300,000 Daltons): can act as a pro-inflammatory signal in the body — not ideal for long-term use
- Medium molecular weight (300,000 to 1 million Daltons): limited benefits
- High molecular weight (1 million to 3 million Daltons): the optimal range — best absorbed, best at retaining moisture, anti-inflammatory
The DoNotAge hyaluronic acid is 2.6 million Daltons — firmly in the high molecular weight range — at 200mg per capsule. I've taken other hyaluronic acid supplements that marketed 'multiple molecular weights in one formula,' but the science now points clearly to high molecular weight being what actually makes a difference.
Here are the five benefits I noticed in the first 12 weeks of taking it:
1. Gum and Dental Health
This was the first thing I noticed, and it surprised me. Within weeks, my gums just felt healthier — less sensitivity, better overall condition. It turns out many professional oral gels contain hyaluronic acid precisely because it promotes soft tissue repair and hydration in the mouth. I've since read evidence that it may also support tooth enamel. Not why I started taking it, but a very welcome effect.
2. Skin Appearance
After a couple of weeks, my skin started looking noticeably healthier — clearer, dewier, more hydrated. I started getting comments from people asking what skincare products I'd changed. The only thing I'd actually changed was adding this supplement. Since hyaluronic acid is one of the primary molecules responsible for skin hydration, this makes complete sense — but the visible difference was faster than I expected.
3. Fine Lines Around the Eyes
Around the six-week mark I noticed the fine lines just under my eyes starting to fade. Hyaluronic acid binds to water and plumps skin from the inside out, so fine lines caused by dehydration and loss of elasticity are a logical target. The difference was visible enough that I noticed it unprompted.
4. Eyesight Clarity
This one I really wasn't expecting. Within about a week I noticed my vision seemed clearer and colours more vivid. In retrospect it makes sense — the vitreous gel that fills the eye is largely composed of hyaluronic acid, and many eye drops use it as a lubricant. If your body's HA levels are depleted, supplementing it makes sense for eye health too.
5. Joint Pain
I've had knee pain for years. After starting this supplement, I found I could train at the gym with significantly less pain than before. There are published clinical trials specifically on oral hyaluronic acid for knee pain, and my experience lines up with those findings. Hyaluronic acid acts as a joint lubricant — as levels naturally decline with age, supplementing can genuinely make a difference.
YouTube Review of Hyaluronic Acid
I did a full review of the hyaluronic acid supplements on YouTube. You can check out the video below.
Creatine Monohydrate
This product is unflavoured and third-party tested.
I take DoNotAge creatine daily. Creatine monohydrate is one of the most researched supplements in existence — the evidence for cognitive and physical performance benefits is robust. DoNotAge's version is unflavoured powder, third-party tested, and straightforwardly good value. No frills, no issues.

If you're interested in Creatine, I did an experiment where I took 3 x the recommended daily dose to see what would happen. I documented my creatine journey on YouTube and you can watch that video below.
Supplements I've Taken (And Would Recommend)
NMN (Nicotinamide Mononucleotide)
Research-grade NMN at 99%+ purity to boosts NAD+ levels
NMN is a precursor to NAD+, which declines significantly as we age and plays a central role in cellular energy production and DNA repair. Before taking DoNotAge's NMN, I'd already taken two other NAD+ precursor products - NR in Thorne Resveracel, then NR in Tru Niagen - so DoNotAge NMN was my third brand, and not my first encounter with NAD+ precursors.
Last summer I took 1g DoNotAge NMN and 1g TMG together daily for several months. The effect on my energy levels was noticeable - not a caffeine-style spike, but a steadier, more sustained energy throughout the day. My gym performance improved and people kept commenting that I looked well. At 44, I'll take that.
One important side effect to flag: NMN disrupted my sleep, particularly at the start. This seems to be a fairly common experience. The good news is that my body adapted over a few weeks and the sleep disruption resolved. If you start taking it and find your sleep affected, give it time before stopping - and consider taking it earlier in the day rather than in the evening.
I'd also notice improved eyesight clarity - colours seemed brighter and things just looked sharper.

TMG (Trimethylglycine)
This supplement supports methylation, heart health and energy
TMG should be taken alongside NMN, and here's why: NMN supplementation depletes methyl groups in the body, and TMG is a methyl donor that replenishes them. If you're taking NMN without a methyl donor, you're potentially creating an imbalance over time. I take them as a pair. I took them in 1g doses each, and at that combination they worked very well together.

Sirt 6 Activator
Activates the longevity enzyme linked to healthy ageing
SIRT6 is a longevity enzyme (part of the sirtuin family) involved in DNA repair and inflammation regulation. DoNotAge's Sirt 6 Activator is one of the more interesting products in their range for those following the longevity research closely. I took this without any issues.

Sulforoboost (Sulforaphane)
Broccoli sprout extract with powerful anti-inflammatory properties
Sulforaphane is derived from broccoli sprouts and has strong research behind it for its anti-inflammatory and detoxification properties. DoNotAge's Sulforoboost is a good product. No issues taking it.
SureSleep
Naturally boost melatonin for deeper, more restorative sleep
This one genuinely helps me sleep. The formulation is effective. My only issue is practical: I don't like having to drink a liquid supplement right before bed. If you don't share that particular objection, it's worth trying.

Supplements I Stopped Taking — and Why
Nitralis — Caused Dizziness
Nitralis is DoNotAge's nitric oxide booster. I stopped taking it because I started experiencing dizziness whilst taking it. I can't say with absolute certainty it was the Nitralis, but the timing was consistent and the dizziness resolved when I stopped.
The supplement is supposed to be good for people with high blood pressure as it dilates blood vessels. My blood pressure has always been naturally on the low side so I'm not sure if this supplement would be recommended for someone like me.

NR (Nicotinamide Riboside) — Quality Concern
The NR capsules I ordered turned brown and oxidised very quickly after opening. This happened with several different tubs. I contacted DoNotAge and they told me the capsules were still safe to consume. I respect that response, but I personally didn't want to continue taking a supplement that looked so visibly degraded. NR is sensitive to light, heat, and moisture, and proper storage and packaging matters. I now take NMN instead, which I find more stable. The photographs below show a selection of NR capsules from the same container.

Berberine — Too Strong for me
Berberine is one of the most researched natural compounds for blood sugar regulation and metabolic health. It's often compared to metformin in terms of mechanism. DoNotAge's dose, however, was too high for me and caused me digestive discomfort. I now take berberine from a different brand at a much lower dose, which I tolerate better. If you have gut issues I'd be careful about taking berberine.
Vitamin D, K2 and Magnesium
I stopped DoNotAge's vitamin D after a blood test showed my levels were already optimal. If your levels are fine, there's no reason to supplement. Always worth testing before adding vitamin D to your stack.

Supplements I Don't Take — and Why
| Supplement | Why I Don't Take It | What I Take Instead |
|---|---|---|
| Spermidine | DoNotAge version is synthetic; I prefer food-derived | Oxford Healthspan (food-derived) |
| Probiotics | Formulation is too basic for my needs | Spore-based probiotic (different brand) |
| Quercetin | Potential thyroid disruptor — I have hypothyroidism | N/A |
| Resveratrol | Same thyroid concern as quercetin | N/A |
| Apigenin | Possible thyroid interaction | N/A |
| Omega 3 | DoNotAge dose is lower than I need | Solar Omega 3 (higher strength) |
A note for anyone with hypothyroidism: quercetin, resveratrol, and apigenin are all popular longevity supplements, but there is preclinical evidence that they may affect thyroid function, including thyroid peroxidase activity, iodide uptake, and thyroid hormone metabolism. I've made the personal decision to avoid them. This isn't medical advice, but I personally just don't want to take the risk.
On spermidine specifically: I want to be clear that I have nothing against DoNotAge's product on quality grounds. My preference for Oxford Healthspan's spermidine is purely about source — theirs is food-derived from wheat germ, which I personally prefer over synthetic. Both are legitimate choices. I made this decision after reading an IVF study which showed food derived spermidine to lead to better IVF outcomes than synthetic.
Is DoNotAge Legit? My Honest Assessment
This is a fair question, and I'll answer it properly rather than just saying "yes, buy it."
Is it a real company? Yes. DoNotAge is a legitimate UK-based supplement company. They have a real address, a real team, and they've been operating for several years. I've been an official partner since February 2025 and have ordered from them multiple times without any issues.
Are the products actually what they claim to be? This is where DoNotAge genuinely stands out. Every product comes with a Certificate of Analysis from a third-party lab showing purity levels. Their standard is 99%+ purity on active ingredients. In a supplement industry where underdosed and mislabelled products are rife, that level of transparency is not common. It's one of the main reasons I chose them over other brands.
Can I trust the reviews? I'd encourage you to be sceptical of any review - including this one!! I'm an official partner, which means I earn a commission if you buy through my link. What I'd say in my defence is this: I've told you about the products I stopped taking, the side effects I experienced, and the supplements I buy from other brands instead. A purely promotional review wouldn't do that.
Will it ship to the US and arrive? Yes. DoNotAge ships internationally including to the United States. I haven't personally experienced any shipping problems.
Is it safe? As a Registered Nurse, I take this question seriously. The core ingredients DoNotAge uses — NMN, TMG, hyaluronic acid, creatine — have solid safety profiles and are widely studied. That said, some products in their range are not suitable for everyone. If you have thyroid issues, I'd approach quercetin, resveratrol, and apigenin with caution and speak to your doctor first. Berberine is a potent compound and their dose may be too strong for sensitive individuals. Nitralis gave me dizziness. No supplement is universally safe for every person — but the ingredients DoNotAge use are not obscure or untested.
Bottom line: DoNotAge is a legitimate, transparent company making high-quality supplements. They're not perfect (no brand is) but in the longevity supplement space, they're one of the more trustworthy options available.

A Word on DoNotAge Discount Codes
💡My DoNotAge Discount Code: UKBEAUTY gives you 10% off your entire order at DoNotAge. This is the maximum discount DoNotAge ever offers. If you see coupon sites advertising DoNotAge promo codes for 20%, 30%, or 50% off, this is clickbait. Who Should Buy From DoNotAge?
DoNotAge is a strong choice if you:
- Are interested in longevity supplements and want third-party-tested, high-purity products
- Are looking for NMN, NR, or other NAD+ precursors and want to avoid the quality lottery that comes with lesser-known brands
- Want a supplement brand with transparent testing documentation
- Are interested in hyaluronic acid supplementation — their version is genuinely excellent
DoNotAge may not be the right choice if you:
- Have hypothyroidism — several products in their range (quercetin, resveratrol, apigenin) warrant caution; always check with your doctor
- Are very sensitive to higher doses — their berberine in particular is a strong formulation
- Are looking for a probiotic — there are better options elsewhere
Frequently Asked Questions
Is DoNotAge a legitimate company?
Yes. DoNotAge is a UK-based longevity supplement brand with a strong reputation in the longevity research community. All products are third-party tested and come with Certificates of Analysis. I've been a partner since February 2025 and can vouch for their legitimacy.
Does DoNotAge ship to the United States?
Yes, DoNotAge ships internationally including to the US.
What is the DoNotAge discount code?
UKBEAUTY gives you 10% off your entire order. This is the maximum discount DoNotAge offers — ignore any coupon site claiming 20%+ off, those are not legitimate.
What are the best DoNotAge supplements?
Based on my own experience: Pure Hyaluronic Acid (my favourite — visible results across skin, joints, eyes, and gum health), NMN (clear energy boost), and Creatine (excellent purity, good value). The daily sachets are a convenient all-in-one option which I'm currently testing out.
Is DoNotAge NMN any good?
Yes. DoNotAge NMN is high-purity, third-party tested, and the energy benefits I experienced were real and noticeable within weeks. It's one of their flagship products and one of the reasons I became a partner.
Does DoNotAge hyaluronic acid actually work?
In my experience, yes, and noticeably so. The key is that it's high molecular weight (2.6 million Daltons), which is the form the research supports for absorption and effectiveness. I noticed improvements in skin hydration, joint pain, vision clarity, and gum health within weeks of starting it.
Are there any DoNotAge supplements to avoid?
Look... everyone is different but in my experience I didn't like Nitralis. I believe it caused me to experience dizzy spells so I stopped it. The NR capsules I received oxidised quickly, which I found unacceptable even if the brand said they were safe. The Berberine is high-dose and can cause digestive issues in sensitive individuals. Finally, if you have hypothyroidism like I do, I'd avoid quercetin, resveratrol, and apigenin.
How does DoNotAge compare to other longevity supplement brands?
DoNotAge stands out on purity and transparency. Their third-party testing is more rigorous than most competitors, and their prices are reasonable for what you're getting. Where they fall short is range completeness — for probiotics and omega 3, I use better-suited products from other brands. They're not a one-stop shop, but for their core products they're among the best.
