Christmas Sangria

This festive non-alcoholic sangria blends blueberries, strawberries, peaches, and orange with grape juice and sparkling water for a sweet, refreshing drink. For an adults-only twist, replace the grape juice with dry red wine.

Additional Time 4 hours
Total Time 4 hours 10 minutes

Ingredients

  • ½ cup blueberries
  • 1 cup strawberries, sliced
  • 1 large orange, sliced (reserve a slice for garnish)
  • 1 medium ripe peach, sliced
  • 2 cups unsweetened grape juice
  • 1 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
  • 2 cinnamon sticks (optional)
  • 2 cups sparkling water or club soda
  • Ice, to serve

Instructions

  1. Add the fruit to a large pitcher and gently muddle with a large wooden spoon to release the juices.
  2. Add the grape juice, orange juice, and optional cinnamon sticks.
  3. Cover and chill in the fridge for at least 4 hours.
  4. To serve, fill individual glasses with ice, add sparkling water until half full, and top with the chilled sangria mixture.
  5. Garnish with an orange wedge before serving.

Notes

This refreshing non-alcoholic Christmas sangria is naturally sweet thanks to the blend of fresh fruit and juices. Adding sparkling water before serving helps balance the sweetness and gives it a festive fizz.

For an adults-only version, simply replace the grape juice with an equal amount of dry red wine for a deeper, richer flavour that still pairs beautifully with the fruit.

Cheers to a bright, sparkling Christmas! 🎄✨
