U Beauty is the skincare brand that Jennifer Aniston uses. She mentioned it in a feature on InStyle as part of her go-to anti-ageing skincare picks, and singled out the product The Super Tinted Hydrator (affiliate link) from U Beauty as one she “loves” (check out that article here).
I really wanted to test it out to see how it would work on my own skin. I’m 43 years old and my skin is dry and sensitive. The products I decided to test out were the Resurfacing Compound, Super Hydrator and The Return Eye Concentrate.
Before we get into my review I just want to let you know that I’m an affiliate for U Beauty and also have a discount code for my audience. Use my U Beauty Discount Code: UKBEAUTY20 to get 20% everything on the website.

Just so you know I plan on updating this post the longer I use the products as I think it’s still early days and I want to see what impact it has on my skin in the long term.
The Resurfacing Compound
Let’s start with The Resurfacing Compound. After you have cleansed your face, this is the product that you apply next. It is a serum that brightens, smooths, and evens skin tone.
The ingredients include retinol, vitamin C, and exfoliating acids to refine texture and reduce fine lines, leaving skin clearer and more radiant.

I have included a photograph below to show you what the product looks like. It’s a clear orange coloured gel. A small amount goes a long way and it feels really silky when you apply it to the skin. I noticed that after it dries it leaves my skin feeling dry and tight, so it’s important to apply the Super Hydrator over the top.

The Super Hydrator
The next stage is the Super Hydrator. This has a gooey but thin consistency. My skin is normally very dry and I was surprised at how good this was at moisturising my skin.
The formula contains five types of hyaluronic acid, plus shea butter, avocado oil, and argan oil. It is supposed to strengthen the skin barrier, lock in hydration, and leave the skin smooth, plump, and radiant.
So far I feel like it’s doing a good job but I did notice some piling. This was made worse when I tried to apply foundation over the top. I’m experimenting with applying less of each product to see if that makes a difference.

I’ve included a photograph below of the product to show you the consistency. You can see it’s quite runny but it’s still super hydrating.

The Return Eye Concentrate
The last step is the eye cream. This is a really lovely thick eye cream which does an excellent job at plumping up the skin under my eyes.
The product contains peptides, antioxidants, and hyaluronic acid to smooth, lift, and brighten the eye area, restoring moisture and giving a soft, luminous finish.

You can see from the photograph below that it has a lovely thick texture. It goes on to the skin smoothly but doesn’t absorb as well as other eye creams I’ve used.

I’m going to be updating this post as I think it’s too early at the moment to see difference in wrinkles however so far my skin does look brighter and smoother. If you are considering buying these products I would recommend them.
