As someone who dyes her hair I know the damage that can be caused by regular use of chemicals! Hair dyes and bleaches open up the hair cuticles so that hair dye can get in, but they also breaks hair bonds and leaves hair damaged.

Olaplex was designed to be used on hair that has been damaged from too much colouring, and has achieved a cult status for its amazing results. Since Olaplex is quite expensive however I went in search of some Olaplex alternatives and Olaplex dupes that get the same great results but for a better price!
